摘 要:采用溶剂热法,以ZrCl4为金属源、四[4-(4’-羧基苯基)苯基]乙烯(H4ETTC)为配体,制备了形貌规则、比表面积大、结晶度高、热稳定性和发光性能良好的荧光金属有机骨架材料(PCN-128),并将其应用于生活饮用水中Cu^(2+)的检测。结果表明,所制备材料对Cu^(2+)表现出较高的选择性和灵敏度,在0~50μmol/L浓度范围内,其荧光猝灭率随Cu^(2+)浓度的增加呈现良好的线性关系(R^(2)>0.99),检出限为0.85μmol/L。将其应用于实际水样检测,加标回收率大于95.6%,相对标准偏差小于7.1%。同时,PCN-128还表现出对Cu^(2+)优异的吸附性能,吸附量可达555 mg/g。该荧光探针对Cu^(2+)的特异性荧光响应和良好的吸附能力,使其在环境污染物监测、处理等方面具有广阔的应用前景。Fluorescent metal-organic frameworks(PCN-128)were prepared by the solvothermal method using ZrCl_4 and 4′,4″,4?,4′′′′-(ethene-1,1,2,2-tetrayl)tetrabiphenyl-4-carboxylic acid(H_(4)ETTC)as metal source and ligand,respectively,which had the advantages of regular morphology,large surface area,high crystallinity,good thermal stability,and luminescence property.Meanwhile,PCN-128 as a fluorescent probe for the detection of Cu^(2+)in water exhibited high sensitivity and selectivity.The fluorescence quenching efficiency of PCN-128 displayed a good linear relationship to Cu^(2+)concentration in a wide range of 0-50μmol/L and a detection limit of 0.85μmol/L.The fluorescent probe was applied for detecting Cu^(2+)in the real water samples with satisfying recoveries over 95.6%and a relative standard deviation less than 7.1%.Furthermore,PCN-128 also showed excellent adsorption property with adsorption amounts up to 555 mg/g.PCN-128 showed broad application prospects in the monitoring and treatment of environmental pollutants because of its specific fluorescence response and good adsorption capacity for Cu^(2+).
