摘  要:建立了一种可以快速、准确、简便测定化妆品中红景天提取物的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,红景天提取物以红景天苷、洛塞维和洛塞琳3种化合物作为指标性成分。采用甲醇作为提取溶剂,对膏霜、面膜和液体水基基质的化妆品样品进行超声萃取,经Shim-pack XR-ODSⅢ色谱柱分离后,在多反应监测模式下进行定性和定量测定。在3种基质中,红景天苷、洛塞维、洛塞琳的线性范围均为5~1000μg/L,低、中、高3个浓度水平的空白基质加标回收率为80.1%~107.9%。本方法适用于化妆品中红景天指标性成分的检测,能够为植物类化妆品的质量监管提供参考。A rapid,accurate,and simultaneous method of high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)for the determination of Rhodiola rosea extracts was developed.Salidroside,rosavin,and rosarin are the indicative components of Rhodiola rosea.Cosmetics samples of creams,facial masks and toners were chosen as the representative matrix,extracted with methanol by ultrasonic,and separated by a Shim-pack XR-ODSⅢcolumn.Mass spectrometry under multi-reaction monitoring mode(MRM)was used to analyze qualitatively and quantitatively.There were good linear relationships in the range of 5-1000μg/L for the three matrix samples of salidroside,rosavin,and rosarin.The recoveries at three spiked levels were 80.1%-107.9%.The method is suitable for the detection of Rhodiola rosea extracts in cosmetics and can provide a reference for the quality control of plant extracts in cosmetics.
