摘　　要：通过梳理我国档案服务行业相关法规、政策及标准,参考国际成熟的监理工程和文档管理服务行业规则及指南,基于档案服务项目监理工作的阶段性特点,构建了我国档案服务监理机构评价指标体系(ASSEIS)。该指标体系包含监理资质、监理流程及监理成效三个维度,由13项指标构成,旨在为我国档案服务行业的档案主管部门、发包方、承包方筛选监理机构提供科学测评依据,促进档案服务监理机构提升监理服务质量。By sorting out the relevant regulations,policies and standards of the archives service industry in China,referring to the internationally mature rules and guidelines of the supervision projects and record and archives management service industry,and based on the stage characteristics of the supervision work of the archives service projects,it sets an evaluation index system(ASSEIS)for Chinese archives service supervision projects.Composed of 13 indicators,the index system includes three dimensions of supervision qualification,supervision process and supervision effects.It aims to provide scientific evaluation basis for the archival authorities,contractees and contractors in the archival service industry to screen supervision institutions,and promote the archival service supervision institutions to improve the quality of supervision services.
