国外档案外展服务阐释及对我国的启示

摘　　要：档案外展源于档案公共项目,其产生和发展体现了档案机构关注公众的新导向,在宣传档案及档案工作的价值、推动档案资源利用等方面起着重要作用。目前,国外档案领域总体呈现档案公共项目术语逐步被档案外展术语所取代的趋势。档案外展的核心内涵强调档案服务拓展和档案价值宣传两方面。档案外展的本质特征是服务性、内容特征是宣传性、形式特征是拓展性、目标特征是用户导向性、效果特征是教育性、过程特征是互动性。国外档案外展服务为宣传和推广我国档案馆馆藏、扩大档案馆用户接触面、打造有深度的档案主题活动、发挥档案专业特长等方面提供启示。Archival outreach originates from public archival projects.Its emergence and development reflect the new orientation of archival institutions to pay attention to the public,playing an important role in promoting the value of archives and archival work and promoting the utilization of archival resources.At present,the term of public project of archives is gradually replaced by the term of archival outreach.The core connotation of archives outreach emphasizes the expansion of archives utilization services and the dissemination of archives value.The essential feature of archive outreach is service,content is propaganda,form is expansion,goal is user orientation,effect is education,and process is participation.The practice of archive outreach abroad provides inspiration for our country in promoting archive collection,expanding the user contact of archives,creating in-depth archive theme activities,and giving full play to the specialty of archives.
