低温等离子射频消融术联合颈痛颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融术联合颈痛颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法:将2020年11月至2023年11月收治的神经根型颈椎病(气滞血瘀型)患者80例列为观察对象,随机分组,对照组(40例)实施低温等离子髓核射频消融术治疗,观察组(40例)在对照组的基础上予以颈痛颗粒治疗。两组患者治疗时间均为4周,对比两组患者临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、主诉与症状评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分、颈椎曲度和颈椎活动度变化、炎性因子水平、生活质量。结果:两组患者治疗2周后及4周后VAS评分、主诉与症状、NDI评分、血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平较治疗前降低,颈椎曲度和活动度、生活质量评分较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组有效率、颈椎曲度和活动度、生活质量评分较高,治疗2周后及4周后VAS评分、主诉与症状、NDI评分、血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子射频消融术联合颈痛颗粒应用于神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果显著,能使症状得到较好的缓解,颈椎活动度得以改善,炎症抑制效果及生活质量更优。Objective:To explore the effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with Jingtong granules on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:80 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from november 2020 to november 2023 were selected as observation subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)received low-temperature plasma nucleus pulposus radiofrequency ablation treatment,while the observation group(40 cases)received Jingtong granules treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment time for both groups was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores for pain,chief complaint and symptom scores,neck disability index(NDI)scores,changes in cervical curvature and range of motion,levels of inflammatory factors,and quality of life between two groups were compared.Results:VAS scores,chief complaints and symptoms,NDI scores,serum hs-CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αwere decreased at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment in both groups of patients compared with before treatment,while the curvature and mobility of the cervical spine,as well as the quality of life scores were increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher effective rates,cervical curvature and range of motion,quality of life scores,VAS scores and lower chief complaints and symptoms,NDI scores,serum hs-CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αat 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with Jingtong granules on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a significant efficacy,which can effectively alleviate symptoms,improve cervical mobility,inhibit inflammation,and improve quality of life.
