摘　　要：低空经济作为新兴的经济形态,具有辐射面广、产业链条长、成长性和带动性强等特点。近年来,全球低空经济加速发展,并已成为主要经济体重要的角逐领域,美国、日本、欧盟等国家和地区加紧制定和完善相关政策法规。目前,我国低空经济进入快速培育阶段,产业环境持续优化,产业链具备良好培育基础,但也存在基础设施建设进展缓慢、关键核心技术仍较薄弱、市场体系发展滞后、管理体系亟待完善等问题。对此,应进一步强化市场机制作用,聚焦重点行业和领域,夯实低空经济基础设施建设,增强低空科技创新引领,推进低空经济产业化商业化应用,完善低空经济发展管理体系,进一步探索多样化、可持续的低空经济价值释放路径。As an emerging economic form,the low-altitude economy is characterized by wide influences,a long industrial chain,active growth,and strong driving force.With rapid growth in recent years,the global low-altitude economy has become an important competitive field for major economies.Countries and regions such as the United States,Japan,and the European Union have timely formulated and improved relevant policies and regulations.At present,China's low-altitude economy has entered a rapid growth stage,with an optimiz-ing industrial environment and a solid foundation for the industrial chain.However,there are also problems such as slow progress in infrastructure construction,weak key core technologies,lagging development of the market system,and unsound management system.In view of these problems,China should strengthen the role of market mechanisms,focus on key fields,consolidate the infrastructure construction,enhance the leadership of technological innovation,promote the industrialization and commercialization,improve the management sys-tem,and explore diverse and sustainable paths for the value release of the low-altitude economy.
