摘  要:数字经济的蓬勃发展为碳减排提供了新引擎,数字基础设施作为大数据、人工智能和5G等新兴技术的实际载体,其建设与完善对于推动“双碳”目标的实现具有深远意义。基于此,文章以“宽带中国”示范城市建设作为准自然实验,采用2009—2019年全国283个城市的面板数据,构建多期双重差分模型和空间双重差分模型,考察数字基础设施建设对碳生产率的影响及其空间溢出效应。研究发现,数字基础设施建设能促进城市碳生产率的提升,且具有正向的空间溢出效应;数字基础设施建设通过提高城市创新水平促进绿色技术进步、产业结构优化和能源利用效率提升,进而提高碳生产率。因此,建议加快推动数字基础设施建设,贯彻数字中国战略;激发绿色创新动力,强化空间溢出效应;建立协同治理机制,促进数字经济联动发展。The booming of the digital technology and the digital economy has created a new engine for car-bon emission reduction.As a practical carrier of emerging technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and 5G,digital infrastructure has profound significance for the achievement of carbon peaking and carbon neu-trality.With the panel data from 283 cities for demonstration of the“Broadband China"initiative from 2009 to 2019,a multi-period difference-in-differences(DiD)model and a spatial DiD model are established to exam-ine the impact of digital infrastructure construction on carbon productivity and the spatial spillover effects.The results showcase that digital infrastructure construction improves urban carbon productivity and has a positive spatial spillover effect.Specifically,digital infrastructure construction promotes the progress in green technol-ogy,the optimization of industrial structure,and the improvement of energy efficiency by boosting urban inno-vation,thereby improving carbon productivity.The promoting effect of digital infrastructure construction on carbon productivity is more significant in the cities that are not in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,non-resource-based cities,and large cities.According to the results,this paper put forward the following sugges-tions:accelerating the digital infrastructure construction and implementing the Digital China initiative;releas-ing momentum for green innovation and strengthening spatial spillover effects;establishing a collaborative gov-ernance mechanism to promote the coordinated development of the digital economy.
