摘　　要：提出了一种新型干法乙炔反应器投料控制方案,其通过控制注水泵的转速来控制注水系统的压力和流速。详细介绍了一级洗涤循环泵和计量螺旋输送器变频控制单元的控制原理和步骤,对比了该技术实施前后反应器注水流量的变化趋势。A new control plan for material feed to dry-process acetylene reactor was proposed,which controls the pressure and flow rate of the water injection system by controlling the speed of the water injection pump.The control principles and steps of the variable frequency control unit of the first stage washing circulation pump and the metering spiral conveyor were introduced in detail,and the changing trends of the reactor water injection flow before and after the implementation of this technology were compared.
