摘　　要：The Shiseido Group announced that the Board of Directors has passed a resolution on July 30th,2024 that Kentaro Fujiwara,former CEO of Shiseido China,current President and COO of the Shiseido Group,will become President and CEO of the Group,with his appointment to take effect on 1 January 2025.At the appointed time,Masahiko Uotani,current Chairman and CEO of the Group will act as a Senior Advisor for the Shiseido Group and,upon request by the management team,provide advice,support talent development,engage in external relations,etc.He will be retiring as a director of Shiseido at the end of March 2025.
