摘  要:通过正交试验方法分析水胶比、聚丙烯腈纤维掺量及其长度等对透水混凝土性能的影响表明,纤维掺量是关键因素,其次是水胶比、纤维长度。随着纤维掺量从1.0→2.0 kg/m^(3),混凝土的平均抗压强度逐渐增强,平均透水系数逐渐下降。水胶比也是影响透水混凝土性能的重要因素,水胶比0.25→0.30时,其透水系数呈先升后降的趋势,抗压强度呈先降后升的趋势。纤维长度3→12 mm时,透水系数从1.29→1.83 mm/s,而抗压强度呈现先升后降的趋势。可以通过增大设计孔隙率、调整纤维掺量,获得透水系数和抗压强度综合性能更好的透水混凝土。Orthogonal experiments are carried out to study the influences of the water-cement ratio and the polyacrylonitrile fiber content and length on the performance of permeable concrete.The results show that the fiber content is the key factor,followed by the water-cement ratio and the fiber length.As the fiber content increases from 1.0 to 2.0 kg/m^(3),the average compressive strength of the concrete gradually increases and the average permeability coefficient decreases.The water-cement ratio is also an important factor affecting the performance of permeable concrete.As the water-cement ratio increases from 0.25 to 0.30,the permeability coefficient shows a trend of increasing at first and then decreasing,while the compressive strength shows a trend of decreasing at first and then increasing.When the fiber length increases from 3 mm to 12 mm,the permeability coefficient increases from 1.29 to 1.83 mm/s,while the compressive strength shows a trend of increasing at first and then decreasing.Thus,permeable concrete with better performance in permeability coefficient and compressive strength can be obtained by increasing the design porosity and adjusting the fiber content.
