摘 要:水轮发电机在运行过程中会散发大量的热量,其冷却系统的性能是影响机组整体运行工况的重要因素。根据某水电站水轮发电机组的冷却形式和发电机固定挡风板的安装位置及作用,对该水电站发电机固定挡风板裂纹原因进行了深入分析,并对后续优化改造方式进行了探讨,对彻底解决该问题以提高机组的运行可靠性有着一定的参考价值。The performance of the cooling system is an important factor affecting the overall operation conditions of hydro-turbine generator units,which emit large amount of heat during operation.Considering the cooling mode of the hydro-turbine generator units in a hydropower station,and the installation position and function of the fixed windshield of the generators,possible causes of cracks in the windshield are analyzed in depth.Subsequent optimization and renovation methods are also discussed.It is of certain reference values for thorough solution of the problem and improvement of the operation reliability of the units.
