水库取水泵站水力机械扩容改造设计

摘　　要：东风西沙水库是崇明岛重要的供水水源,对水库取水泵站进行扩容改造可提高咸潮入侵期泵站的供水安全。根据供水需求与精心设计,泵站水力机械扩容改造新增3台抽芯式混流泵,结合现状泵房结构尺寸,选定了泵组主要技术参数、安装高度和进出口流道;泵站辅助系统中可利用现有桥机、排水系统、油系统和水力监测系统,泵站技术供水需增加1台泵与现有系统联合运行,并将主轴密封供水改为从水库取水、回流入库的独立供水管网。Dongfeng Xisha Reservoir is an important water supply source for Chongming Island.Expansion renovation of the reservoir water intake pump station can improve the water supply security of the pump station during the invasion period of salt tide.According to the water supply requirements,three core pumping mixed flow pumps are added in the expansion of the hydraulic machinery.Considering the current structural dimensions of the pump station,the main technical parameters,installation heights,and inlet and outlet flow channels of the pump sets are determined.The existing bridge crane,drainage system,oil system and hydraulic monitoring system can be utilized in the auxiliary system of the pump station.One pump should be added in the technical water supply system to operate in conjunction with the existing system.And the water supply for the main shaft seal is renovated to an independent water supply pipe network that takes water from and flows back to the reservoir.
