摘  要:随着光伏渗透率的提高和电力电子设备的大规模应用,近年来光伏与智能软开关(Softopenpoint,SOP)协同电压优化控制的相关研究已广泛开展并取得了丰硕成果。介绍了柔性互联配电网的内涵、定义及主要组成形态,提出了含光伏及SOP的柔性互联配电网协同整体控制架构,分别对电压协同优化模型、控制架构、控制方法进行了分析和梳理。综述了多设备多时间尺度协调电压优化控制、计及源荷不确定性的鲁棒电压优化控制、无模型数据驱动自适应电压优化控制3种电压优化控制方法的研究现状。在此基础上从控制策略、控制目标、应用对象3方面展望了光伏与SOP协同的柔性互联配电网电压优化控制的未来研究方向。With the increasing penetration of photovoltaic(PV)and the large-scale application of power electronic equipment,the research on the cooperative voltage optimization and control of PV and smart soft open point(SOP)has been widely carried out in recent years,and fruitful results have been achieved.The connotation,definition and main components of flexible interconnected distribution network are introduced,the cooperative overall control architecture of flexible interconnected distribution network with PV and SOP is proposed,and the voltage cooperative optimization model,control architecture,and control method are analyzed and combed respectively.Besides,this paper summarizes the current research status of three voltage optimization control methods:multi-device and multi-timescale coordinated voltage optimization control,robust voltage optimization control considering source-load uncertainty,and model-free data-driven adaptive voltage optimization control.On this basis,the future research directions of voltage optimization control for flexible interconnected distribution networks with PV and SOP synergy are discussed from three aspects:control strategy,control objective,and application object.
