摘 要:随着新能源发电渗透率不断提高,并网系统的电压稳定性和惯量降低,需配置一定储能的静止同步补偿器(Static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)参与电网进行电压和惯量主动支撑。首先,基于储能型STATCOM的拓扑结构和数学模型,利用同步控制建立虚拟内电势的三相电压,以实现自主惯量响应和电压主动支撑,提升新能源场站的友好并网能力;接着针对该控制容易过流的问题,提出了一种自适应的限流方法,并在电压外环增加虚拟阻抗环节,最后提出电流检测方法;在MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台上搭建了仿真模型验证了主动支撑策略及限流方法的有效性。With the increasing penetration rate of new energy generation,the voltage stability and inertia of the grid-connected system are decreasing,so it is necessary to configure a certain amount of static synchronous compensator with energy storage(STATCOM/BESS)to participate in the power grid for the active support of voltage and inertia.Firstly,based on the topology and mathematical model of energy storage STATCOM,a three-phase voltage with virtual internal potential is established using synchronous control to achieve autonomous inertia response and voltage active support,and improve the friendly grid-connection capability of new energy stations.Then,for the problem that this control is easy to overcurrent,an adaptive current limiting method is proposed,and a virtual impedance link is added to the voltage outer loop.Finally,a current detection method is proposed.A simulation model is built on the MATLAB/Simulink platform to verify the effectiveness of the active support strategy and current limiting method.
