摘　　要：2023年8月—2024年3月,在江苏省盱眙县铁山寺国家森林公园(118°27′30.35″E,32°45′14.17″N,海拔106 m)进行两栖爬行动物监测时,在一静水塘边采集到蛙类物种标本7号。结合形态比较和系统发生分析,确认上述标本均为徂徕林蛙Rana culaiensis,为江苏省两栖动物新记录,刷新了本种现有分布东界。结合谱系地理分支推断,徂徕林蛙可能起源于贵州、湖南两省交界的山脉,而后向北扩散跨过长江、淮河,最终抵达环渤海区域的徂徕山。江淮丘陵和淮河中下游水系为本种从大别山区向泰山山脉的扩散提供了重要的桥梁作用。本研究丰富了徂徕林蛙的分布信息,提供了其地理扩散的基本框架,厘定了徂徕林蛙及其近缘种的分布格局,为进一步研究其演化历史提供了基础数据。In this study,seven specimens of the genus Rana were collected around a still water pond(118°27′30.35″E,32°45′14.17″N,altitude:106 m)in the Tieshan Temple National Forest Park(Xuyi County,Jiangsu Province,China)during a herpetological survey conducted from August 2023 to March 2024.Based on morphological identification and phylogenetic analysis,all the collected Rana specimens were found to be R.culaiensis,which is a new amphibian record of Jiangsu Province and extends the eastern boundary of the current distribution range of this species.Phylogeographic analysis indicated that R.culaiensis originated from the mountains at the junction of Guizhou and Hunan provinces,and dispersed northward across the Yangtze River and Huai River successively,and ultimately arrived Mountain Culai in Bohai Rim Region.The Jiang-Huai Hills and the Middle and Lower Huai River System played a crucial role as a bridge in the dis-persal of this frog species from the Dabie to Taishan Mountains.Therefore,this study expands the known distribution range of R.culaiensis and outlines a basic framework for understanding the dispersal pattern of this species.Furthermore,we clarified the distribution range of two closely related species of R.culaiensis and provided fundamental data for further re-search on the evolutionary history of this frog.
