摘  要:针对全人棉面料缩水率大的问题,文章分析了其原因。对边部组织设计、染整工艺流程及工艺参数的研究试验结果表明,全人棉面料边部组织的紧度须与地组织一致,边毛只有控制在0.5~0.8 cm才能避免掉边纱的问题;采用气流退浆、气流染色、免烫焙烘超喂定型的工艺,面料各项测试指标及正反面色差均达到标准要求。This article analyzes the reasons for the high shrinkage rate of all artificial cotton fabrics.The research and experimental results on the design of edge organization,dyeing and finishing process,and process parameters show that the tightness of the edge organization of all artificial cotton fabric needs to be consistent with the ground organization,and the edge hair can only be controlled within 0.5-0.8 cm to avoid the problem of yarn shedding;the process of air flow desizing,air flow dyeing,and non ironing baking,overfeeding and shaping is adopted,and the various testing indicators and color difference of the fabric on both sides meet the standard requirements.
