摘 要:探讨了某小型弹射动力装置试验中出现的发射筒内初始压强异常升高的问题,并提出了一种基于零维内弹道模型的计算方法,该方法考虑了富燃气体的燃烧放热反应,具有原理简单、计算量小、计算速度快等优点,使用Matlab开发环境编制了计算程序,与弹射试验结果进行对比,验证了该数值模型的有效性和准确性。在此模型的基础上研究了发射筒内二次燃烧现象。研究发现,无论发射筒内是否发生二次燃烧现象,发射筒压强和导弹加速度的时间曲线均表现出明显的双峰效应,此外,二次燃烧效应不仅会显著提高前峰峰值,而且会导致后峰峰值的下降,在前峰峰值后会出现发射筒压强陡降至较低值的现象。同时,二次燃烧效应也会对导弹的出筒速度和出筒时间造成显著影响。进一步研究发现,通过扩大发射筒初始容积和降低燃气中的富燃气体含量,可以降低二次燃烧效应对发射筒低压室压强和导弹加速度的影响。研究结果为弹射动力装置内弹道的设计提供了理论支持,具有一定的普适性和参考价值。The issue of abnormal high initial-pressure inside the launch tube in a small-scale ejector was discussed.A calculation method based on a zero-dimensional internal-ballistics model was proposed,considering the combustion heat-release reaction of the rich gas,and the method has the advantages of simple principles,small calculation amount and fast calculation speed.A calculation program was developed using the Matlab.The effectiveness and accuracy of the numerical model were validated by comparing with ejection test results.Based on the above research,the phenomena of secondary combustion in the launch tube were further studied.The study shows that the time-curves of the pressure of launch tube and the acceleration of missile exhibit obvious double-peak effects whether secondary combustion occurs or not.Additionally,the secondary-combustion effect not only significantly increases the peak value of the first peak but also leads to a decrease in the peak value of the second peak.Furthermore,a sharp drop of pressure in the launch tube to a low value occurs after the peak value of the first peak,and the secondary-combustion effect also significantly affects the ejection velocity and the missile ejection-time.Further research shows that by increasing the initial volume of the launch tube and reducing the rich gas content,the effect of secondary combustion on the low-pressure chamber pressure and missile acceleration can be reduced.This study provides theoretical support for the design of internal ballistics in ejector system,and has a certain degree of universality and reference value.
