双歧四联活菌片辅助常规西药治疗老年慢性支气管炎对T淋巴细胞、炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析双歧四联活菌片辅助常规西药治疗老年慢性支气管炎的效果。方法选取2021年4月—2023年12月在淄博市第一医院全科医学科就诊的老年慢性支气管炎患者84例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为常规治疗组(42例,常规西药治疗)、研究组(42例,常规西药+双歧四联活菌片治疗),对比治疗前/后常规治疗组及研究组炎症指标、T淋巴细胞、肺功能情况,评估疗效并统计患者消化系统症状、过敏等不良反应。结果治疗后研究组血清白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)水平显著低于常规治疗组;治疗后研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)显著高于常规治疗组,CD8^(+)显著低于常规治疗组;研究组总有效率显著高于常规治疗组;研究组治疗后用力呼气容积(forced vital capacity,FVC)及第一秒用力呼气量(forced expiratory volume in first second,FEV_(1))显著高于常规治疗组,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组中枢系统症状、过敏等不良反应总发生率与常规治疗组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用双歧四联活菌片辅助常规西药治疗老年慢性支气管炎可显著改善患者炎症反应及肺功能,提高其细胞免疫,增效且不增加不良反应,安全性高。Objective:To analyze the effects of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets as an adjunct to conventional Western medicine in the treatment of elderly chronic bronchitis.Methods:A total of 84 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis who were treated Zibo First Hospital from April 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a conventional treatment group(42 cases treated with conventional Western medicine)and a study group(42 cases treated with conventional Western medicine+Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets).The inflammatory markers,T lymphocytes,and lung function were measured and compared before and after treatment in both groups.The efficacy was evaluated,and the adverse reactions such as digestive system symptoms and allergies were recorded.Results:After treatment,the serum interleukin(IL)-8 and IL-17 levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional treatment group,while the CD8^(+)level was significantly lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate was significantly higher in the study group than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))were significantly higher in the study group than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions such as central nervous system symptoms and allergies between the study group and the conventional treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets as an adjunct to conventional Western medicine in the treatment of elderly chronic bronchitis can significantly improve the inflammatory response and lung function of patients,enhance their cellular immunity and efficacy without increasing adverse reactions,which is highly safe.
