摘  要:目的观察真空负压垫联合热塑体膜在胸腹部肿瘤放射治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2024年1月于医院接受放射治疗的80例胸腹部肿瘤患者,依据抽签法分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。试验组采用真空负压垫联合热塑体膜固定技术,对照组采用热塑体膜固定技术。比较两组左右(X轴)、上下(Y轴)、前后(Z轴)方向的摆位误差,以及摆位时间。结果试验组左右(X轴)、上下(Y轴)、前后(Z轴)方向摆位误差小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组摆位时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论真空负压垫联合热塑体膜固定技术用于胸腹部肿瘤放射治疗,可以减少摆位误差、缩小摆位时间。Objective To observe the effect of vacuum negative pressure pad combined with thermoplastic body membrane in radiotherapy of thoracic and abdominal tumors.Methods A total of 80 thoracic and abdominal patients who received radiotherapy in hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was fixed with vacuum negative pressure pad combined with thermoplastic body film technology,and the control group was fixed with thermoplastic body film technology.The positioning errors of left and right(X axis),up and down(Y axis),front and back(Z axis)direction and the positioning time of the two groups were compared.Results The positioning errors in the left and right(X axis),up and down(Y axis)and front and back(Z axis)directions in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positioning time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaoum negative pressure combined with thermoplastic body membrane pad fixation technique can reduce the positioning error and shorten the positioning time for radiotherapy of thoracic and abdominal tumors.
