摘　　要：《疡医证治准绳》记载了多种切实可行的方药和治法治疗肿疡。内治方面,辨证运用发表、攻里、内托、内消等治疗大法,行营卫,除邪毒,防内陷,使气血调和,壅滞解除,达到肿疡消散的目的。外治法包括敷贴、灸法、淋洗、点药、砭法等。《疡医证治准绳》治疗肿疡常常内外治并施,里外相应,法到病除。在肿疡诊治过程中,应注意谨守气血凝滞之病机,不离通行气血之要旨;注重以温药行气血,慎用寒凉;重视脉诊,详审病灶经络之所在,以指导治疗。In Yang Yi Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng,it is recorded that there are a variety of practical prescriptions and drugs for treatment of swelling ulcers.In terms of internal treatment,syndrome differentiation treatment methods such as relieving external syndrome,attacking inner evil factor,expelling the internal evil factor from inside,eliminating internal excess to balance the Ying Qi and Wei Qi,to remove Toxin and to prevent invagination of the evil factors.In this way to harmonize Qi and blood,to relieve stagnation and to achieve the purpose of dissipating swelling and ulcers.External treatment methods include herbal medicine point application,moxibustion,rinsing,external application of medicine and stone needling.In Yang Yi Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng,in treatment of swelling ulcers,drugs are often applied both inside and outside at the same time,with good clinical efficacy.In the process of diagnosis and treatment of swelling ulcers,attention should be paid to the pathogenesis of Qi and blood coagulation and medication aimed at activating Qi movement and blood circulation.Warm medicine should be applied to promote Qi and blood activity and Cold drugs are forbidden to use or should be used with great caution.Pay attention to pulse diagnosis,carefully examining the location of the lesion meridians,to guide treatment.
