基于肾消理论运用玄菟丹治疗早期糖尿病肾病

摘　　要：玄菟丹是中医传统古方,使用历史悠久,被广泛应用于“遗精”“赤白浊”“强中消渴”“泄泻”“带下”等疾病的治疗。受多种原因影响,现代玄菟丹的使用并不广泛,查阅文献仅有寥寥数篇报道,这与古籍中对其“治三消渴利神药”“神妙”(《仁斋直指方论》)的描述严重不符。早期糖尿病肾病与肾消关系最为密切,脾肾两虚,精微下泄是早期糖尿病肾病的关键病机。玄菟丹是治三消渴利神药,其方以补益脾肾为主,固涩为辅,兼以泄浊。全方共奏益肾健脾,益气养阴,涩精化浊之功,切合早期糖尿病肾病的病机证候学特点。Xuantu Pellet is a traditional Chinese medicine ancient prescription with a long history of clinical application and had been widely used in treatment of diseases such as"spermatorrhea","red and white turbid leucorrhea","Xiao Ke disease with persistent erection of penis","diarrhea"and"leukorrheal disease".However,affected by a variety of reasons,the clinical use of Xuantu Pellet is quite limited in modern times,and there are only a few reports in the literature,which is seriously inconsistent with the description in ancient books"miraculous medicine in curing San Xiao Ke Li"and"with marvelous efficacy"(Ren Zhai Zhi Zhi Fang Lun).Early-stage diabetic kidney disease is most closely related to"Kidney Xiao disease".Spleen and Kidney deficiency causes Essence discharge are the key pathogenesis of early diabetic kidney disease.Xuantu Pellet is a miracle medicine for treatment of San Xiao Ke Li disease,It is mainly to nourish the Spleen and Kidney,supplemented by strengthening the astringency and discharging Turbidity.It is used to benefit the Kidney and Spleen,invigorate Qi and nourish Yin,maintain Essence and defuse Turbid,which is in line with the pathogenesis and syndrome characteristics of early-stage diabetic kidney disease.
