摘　　要：单兆伟教授擅长将辨病与辨证相结合,用药“轻灵平和、醇正和缓”,以土为枢,崇脾重运,调机畅气,善用药对,尤擅于运用传统中药药对治疗脾胃病和内科杂病。黄芪配玉竹,养阴益气扶正,用于治疗肿瘤术后患者气血虚衰;薏苡仁配鸡内金,健脾祛湿消瘤,用于治疗胃肠道息肉、疣状胃炎、胃黄色瘤等疾病;白花蛇舌草、半枝莲配灵芝,清热活血抗癌,用于治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴低级别上皮内瘤变;地锦草配地骨皮,清热润燥除消,用于治疗消渴病;忍冬藤、连翘配凌霄花,清热活血散结,用于治疗面部痤疮;钩藤配紫贝齿,镇心平肝安神,用于治疗更年期综合征;土茯苓配鸡冠花,清热利湿止带,用于治疗湿浊偏盛型高脂血症、脂肪肝。Professor Shan Zhaowei is good at combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation in clinical practice,using drugs that is"light,peaceful,pure and gentle",taking the Earth Element as the center,respecting the Spleen function of transmitting,adjusting Qi movement,and making good use of couplet medicines,especially good at using traditional Chinese medicine to treat Spleen and Stomach diseases and other miscellaneous diseases.For example,Huangqi(astragalus)is used with Yuzhu(radix polygonati officinalis)to nourish Yin,invigorating Qi and strengthening the body′s Zheng Qi,which is used for the treatment of Qi and blood deficiency in patients after tumor surgery;Yiyiren(semen coicis)is used with Jineijin(endothelium corneum gigeriae galli)to tonify Spleen,relieve Dampness and remove tumour,for treatment of gastrointestinal polyps,verrucous gastritis,gastric xanthoma and other diseases;Baihuasheshecao(oldenlandia diffusa)or Banzhilian(sculellaria barbata)is used with Lingzhi(ganoderma lucidum)to clear Heat,invigorate blood circulation and anti-cancer,for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia;Dijincao(humifuse euphorbia herb)is used with Digupi(cortex lycii radicis)to clear Heat and relieve Dryness,for treatment of Xiaoke disease;Rendongteng(Honeysuckle vine),or Lianqiao(forsythia)is used with Lingxiaohua(campsis grandiflora)to clear Heat,activate blood circulation and disperse knots,for treatment of facial acne;Gouteng(uncaria rhynchophylla)is used with Zibeichi(concha cypraeae violacae)to calm the Heart and calming the Liver and sooth the nerves,for treatment of menopausal syndrome;Tufuling(smilax glabra roxb)is used with Jiguanhua(celosia cristata),to clear Heat,relieve Dampness and stop leucorrhea,for treatment of hyperlipidemia and fatty liver with Dampness and Turbid syndrome.
