全面护理对2型糖尿病患者的护理效果及对FBG、HbA1c水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析全面护理对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者的护理效果以及对血糖水平的影响。方法选取荣成市第三人民医院于2022年10月—2023年10月收治的144例T2DM患者为研究对象,按照不同护理方式分为两组,各72例。对照组应用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上应用全面护理方法。比较两组依从性、满意率、护理前后的血糖水平、不良情绪评分。结果护理后,与对照组比较,观察组依从性、满意率更高,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、焦虑评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论全面护理用于T2DM患者可显著提高其满意率和依从性,改善血糖水平与不良情绪。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its effect on blood glucose level.Methods A total of 144 patients with T2DM admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Rongcheng from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,with 72 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing methods,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing methods on the basis of the control group.The compliance,satisfaction rate,blood glucose level before and after nursing and negative emotions score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the compliance and satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c levels and Self-rating Anxiety Scale,Self-rating Depression Scale scores were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for T2DM patients can significantly improve their satisfaction rate and compliance,improve blood glucose level and negative emotions.
