循证精细化护理在糖尿病足溃疡患者VSD治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析循证精细化护理在糖尿病足溃疡患者负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗中的应用。方法选取2021年4月—2023年10月蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院收治的86例糖尿病足溃疡患者为研究对象,按照护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证精细化护理。比较两组疼痛、生活质量和足部症状评分。结果观察组疼痛、生活质量、足部症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论循证精细化护理应用于糖尿病足溃疡患者VSD治疗中可以降低患者疼痛,改善患者生活质量和足部症状。Objective To analyze the application of evidence-based fine nursing in the treatment of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in patients with diabetic foot ulcer.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from April 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based fine nursing.After intervention,the scores of pain,quality of life and foot symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of pain,quality of life and foot symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based fine nursing in VSD treatment of patients with diabetic foot ulcer can reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life and foot symptoms of patients.
