针刺联合当归桂枝汤治疗痛经的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析在痛经患者中采用针刺与当归桂枝汤联合治疗对症状改善的效果。方法从2020年3月—2022年3月南昌市洪都中医院诊治的痛经患者中选择72例作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组36例,对照组采用常规西医治疗(布洛芬缓释胶囊),观察组采用针刺联合当归桂枝汤治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、疼痛持续时间以评估症状改善情况,同时统计两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组低,且疼痛持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为2.78%(1/36),低于对照组的22.22%(8/36)(P<0.05)。结论对痛经患者采用针刺与当归桂枝汤联合治疗,能够改善患者临床症状,缩短疼痛时间,安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Danggui Guizhi decoction on symptom improvement in pa⁃tients with dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 72 patients with dysmenorrhea treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chi⁃nese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as observation objects.According to random number table,they were di⁃vided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine(Ibuprofen sustained release capsules),and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Danggui Gui⁃zhi decoction.TCM syndrome scores and pain duration were compared between the two groups to evaluate symptom improvement,and adverse reactions were counted.Results The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the pain duration was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of observation group was 2.78%(1/36),which was lower than that of control group(22.22%,8/36)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Danggui Guizhi de⁃coction can improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the pain time in patients with dysmenorrhea with high safety.
