崔邦胜教授治疗急性痛风性关节炎经验

摘　　要：崔邦胜教授认为急性痛风性关节炎(GA)是一种需要长期管理的炎症性疾病,属于中医痹证范畴,其病机多为久居湿热之地、饮食失节,久之湿热蕴积,化生浊毒,灌注四肢关节,治以清热祛湿、化浊通痹为宜。崔邦胜教授以经方泄浊化瘀方为主,结合伤科黄水外敷,内外兼治,并注重中医药食同源予降酸茶饮预防痛风再次发作,取得显著的临床效果。学习探讨崔邦胜教授经验,可在临床实践中起到指导作用。Professor Cui Bangsheng believes that believes that acute gouty arthritis(GA)is an inflammatory disease that needs long-term management,and belongs to the category of arthralgia in traditional Chinese medicine.Its pathogenesis is mostly a long hot and humid place,long diet loss,long dampness and heat,which eventually causes turbidity and perfusion of limbs and joints.It is an in⁃flammatory disease that needs long-term management.Treatment should clear heat and damp,resolving turbidity and clearing bi dis⁃ease is appropriate.Professor Cui Bangsheng mainly used the prescription of resolving turbidity and clearing blood stasis,combined with Shangke yellow water external application,both internal and external treatment,and paid attention to traditional Chinese medi⁃cine food and Jiangsuan tea to prevent the recurrence of gout,and achieved remarkable clinical results.Learning and discussing Pro⁃fessor Cui Bangsheng’s experience can play a guiding role in clinical practice.
