健脾清热除湿汤治疗成人发病型特应性皮炎经验

摘　　要：成人发病型特应性皮炎指患者发病年龄大于等于18岁的特应性皮炎,其临床表现与婴儿期、儿童期特应性皮炎有所不同,适应的诊断标准也不同,近年来逐渐受到重视。宋业强教授结合多年临床经验,提出脾虚湿热是成人发病型特应性皮炎的关键病机,并自拟健脾清热除湿汤治疗该证型患者,取得了很好的临床效果。文章以验案为例,介绍成人发病型特应性皮炎的相关内容。Adult-onset atopic dermatitis refers to atopic dermatitis whose onset age is more 18 years old.Its clinical manifestations and diagnostic criteria are different from those of infancy and childhood atopic dermatitis,and more and more attention has been paid to it in recent years.Based on years of clinical experience,Professor Song Yeqiang proposed that spleen deficiency and dampness-heat is the key pathogenesis of adult-onset atopic dermatitis,and self-made Jianpi Qingre Chushi decoction was applied to patients with this syndrome,and achieved good clinical effect.This article took a case study as an example and introduced the related contents of adult-onset atopic dermatitis.
