摘　　要：2014年11月国家中医药管理局首次开启全国中药特色技术传承人才培训项目,目的在于培养一批热爱中医药事业、理论功底扎实、实践经验丰富、较全面的掌握中医药各方面知识、传承中药特色技术的骨干人才。以全国中药特色技术传承人才培训项目为依托,作者回顾游学经历,结合医院工作进行学习、思考和总结。将学习成果用于医院药学工作,以提高中药质量、提高中药特色服务能力,促进中药特色技术传承,更好地发展中医药事业。In November 2014,the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the first time launched the national Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine characteristic technology inheritance training program,aiming to train a group of backbone talents who love the cause of traditional Chinese medicine,have a solid theoretical foundation,rich practical experience,and can fully master all as⁃pects of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and inherit traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology.Based on the na⁃tional training program for traditional Chinese medicine talents,the author reviewed the study tour experience and studied,thought and summarized the hospital work.The study results were applied to hospital pharmacy to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine and enhance the service ability of traditional Chinese medicine.Promote the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology inheritance,better develop the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.
