摘　　要：室性期前收缩是临床上常见的心律失常。由于中国经济社会的迅速发展和人们社会生活负担的增大,室性期前收缩合并抑郁患者的数量大幅度增加。室性期前收缩的出现与心肌的器质性疾病有关,同时心理因素也可导致该病或增加该病的危险性,二者互相关系、相互作用。西医疗法中常加用抗抑郁药,但不良作用大、患者依从度差,成为临床诊疗中的一个难点。文章介绍自拟中药方治疗室性期前收缩合并轻度抑郁症验案1则,在控制病情、改善生命品质、改变情感状况等方面获得一些成效,体现出中药疗法的优越性。Premature ventricular contraction is a common arrhythmia in clinical practice.With the rapid development of society and the increase of pressure,the number of patients with premature ventricular contraction complicated with depression has also increased significantly.The occurrence of premature ventricular contraction is not only related to the organic diseases of the heart,but also the possibility of inducing or aggravating premature ventricular contraction by psychological factors.The two factors can cause and affect each other.Antidepressants are often used in the treatment of western medicine,which has great side effects and poor patient compli⁃ance,which is a major problem in clinical treatment.This article introduced a proved case of treating premature ventricular contraction complicated with mild depression with self-designed Chinese prescription,which has achieved some results in controlling the disease,improving the quality of life and changing the emotional state,and reflects the superiority of therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.
