激光穴位照射联合温针灸治疗风寒湿型肩周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察激光穴位照射疗法联合温针灸治疗风寒湿型肩周炎的临床效果。方法将符合入选标准的60例风寒湿型肩周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予局部取穴常规针刺及阿是穴温针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予激光穴位照射治疗,比较治疗前后两组视觉模拟量表(VAS)、马利特(Mallet)评分及总有效率。结果治疗后,两组VAS评分、Mallet评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的70.00%(21/30)(P<0.05)。结论激光穴位照射联合温针灸治疗风寒湿型肩周炎,效果优于单纯针灸,可显著缩短病程、减轻患者疼痛、改善肩关节活动功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of laser irradiation combined with warming needle moxibustion on wind-cold-dampness periarthritis of shoulder.Methods Sixty patients with wind-cold-dampness periarthritis of shoulder who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine acupuncture at local acupoints and warming needle moxibustion at Ashi point.The observation group was given laser acupoint irradiation on the basis of the control group.The VAS score and Mallet score and the total effective rate was compared.Re⁃sults After treatment,VAS score and Mallet score were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%,21/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of laser acupoint irradiation therapy combined with warm⁃ing needle moxibustion in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness periarthritis of shoulder is superior to that of simple acupuncture and moxibustion,which can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the course of the disease,reduce the pain of patients to a greater extent,and improve the mobility of shoulder joint.
