中药热熨结合耳穴压豆治疗急性胃肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药热熨与耳穴压豆在急性胃肠炎患者中的应用效果。方法将95例急性胃肠炎患者采用简单随机法分为两组。对照组给予常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药热熨与耳穴压豆。比较两组症状消失时间、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、不良情绪评分、炎症指标水平差异。结果观察组腹痛、腹泻、恶心及呕吐消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞计数(WBC)及不良情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组血清CRP、IL-6、WBC水平及不良情绪评分明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组VAS评分呈下降趋势,且观察组治疗1 h、3 h、6 h、12 h后的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热熨与耳穴压豆应用于急性胃肠炎可减轻患者炎症,促进症状消失,减少不良情绪。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine hot ironing combined with auricular point pressing beans in the treat⁃ment of acute gastroenteritis.Methods Ninety-five patients with acute gastroenteritis were divided into two groups using a simple ran⁃domization method.The control group was given conventional intervention,while the observation group was given Chinese medicine hot ironing combined with auricular point pressing beans on the basis of the control group.The differences in symptom disappearance time,visual analogue(VAS)score,dysphoria score and serum factors between the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Before inter⁃vention,there was no significant difference in serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),white blood cell count(WBC)and adverse mood score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of serum CRP,IL-6,WBC and adverse mood score in 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups showed a downward trend after intervention,and the VAS scores of the observation group after 1 h,3 h,6 h and 12 h were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine hot ironing combined with auricular point pressing beans can reduce the inflammation of patients,promote the disappearance of symptoms and reduce bad mood.
