摘 要:目的探讨不同炮制方法对车前子不同炮制品之间的质量差异影响,为深入研究车前子炮制作用机制奠定基础。方法参照2020版《中华人民共和国药典》法,对车前子及其炮制品进行显微、薄层鉴别,以及水分、浸出物和膨胀度等测定。结果车前子经不同方法炮制后,其性状鉴别、水分、浸出物以及膨胀度等质量指标均发生了改变。生车前子、炒车前子、盐车前子的水分含量分别为8.335%、3.079%、4.259%,浸出物含量分别为9.934%、3.589%、15.477%;炮制后,盐车前子浸出物含量增加,而炒车前子浸出物含量下降。生车前子、炒车前子、盐车前子的膨胀度分别为6.96 mL/g、4.63 mL/g、4.04 mL/g,炮制后车前子的膨胀度均降低。结论不同炮制方法对车前子的性状鉴别、水分、浸出物以及膨胀度等均产生影响,说明各炮制品之间的质量差异受炮制方法的影响较大。此研究所建立的车前子不同炮制品的质量评价方法合理可行,可为车前子质量标准与炮制机制研究提供数据支撑。Objective To discuss the quality difference of different processing methods on different processed products of semen plan⁃taginis,and to lay a foundation for further study on processing mechanism of plantain.Methods According to the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition),the microscopic and thin layer identification,moisture,extract and expansion degree of plantain and its processed products were carried out.Results The quality indexes such as character identification,moisture,extract and swelling de⁃gree of plantain seeds were changed after different processing methods.The contents of water and extract of plantago mongolicum,stir-fried plantago mongolicum and salt plantago mongolicum were 8.335%,3.079%,4.259%,9.934%,3.589%and 15.477%,respec⁃tively.After processing,the extract content of salt plantago mongolicum increased,while that of fried plantago mongolicum decreased.The expansion degree of plantago mongolicum after processing was 6.96 mL/g,4.63 mL/g and 4.04 mL/g,respectively.Conclusion Different processing methods have influence on the quality of traits,identification,moisture,extract and swelling degree of plantain seeds,indicating that the quality difference among different processed products is greatly affected by processing methods.The quality evaluation method of different processing products of semen plantaginis established in this study is reasonable and feasible,which could provide data support for the study of quality standard and processing mechanism of semen plantaginis.
