摘　　要：目的探究下肢热熨联合腓总神经刺激疗法对骨科术后卧床患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法选择石城县中医院骨科2019年6月—2021年6月收治的骨科手术患者120例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,予以下肢热熨联合腓总神经刺激疗法,比较两组患者术后卧床期下肢深静脉血栓(LEDVT)形成情况、血流速度及凝血功能指标。结果观察组LEDVT形成率为13.33%(8/60),低于对照组的36.67%(22/60)(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组血流速度大于对照组,纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平低于对照组,凝血酶时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)均长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨科术后卧床患者应用下肢热熨联合腓总神经刺激疗法,能有效防控其下肢深静脉血栓形成,改善凝血功能。Objective To investigate the effect of lower extremity hot compress combined with nervus peroneus communis stimulation therapy on deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities(LEDVT)in bedridden patients after orthopaedic surgery.Methods A total of 120 surgical patients admitted to Shicheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected,and the patients were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group re⁃ceived routine nursing,and the observation group received lower extremity hot compress combined with nervus peroneus communis stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group.The formation of LEDVT,blood flow rate and coagulation function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The LEDVT formation rate in the observation group was 13.33%(8/60),which was lower than that in the control group(36.67%,22/60)(P<0.05).After intervention,blood flow rate of observation group was higher than con⁃trol group,fibrinogen(FIB)level was lower than control group,thrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were longer than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lower extremity hot compress combined with nervus peroneus communis stimulation therapy in bedridden patients after orthopedic surgery can effectively prevent and control deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities and improve coagulation function.
