中西医结合治疗高血压病合并抑郁的相关研究——滋水清肝饮干预治疗50例

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化进程不断加速,老年高血压病合并抑郁患者逐渐增多。此类人群情绪不稳,对血压过度关注;而情绪的波动会更进一步影响血压,引起血压不稳,形成恶性循环,严重影响患者及其家人的生活。临床针对此类患者以降血压和抗抑郁等药物联合治疗为主,虽能降低患者血压、暂时缓解其情绪波动,但并未考虑其生活质量和自身感受。作者基于中西医结合和整体观念,倾向于通过中西医结合的方法治疗高血压病合并抑郁,以期通过全身调理控制患者血压、疏导其抑郁情绪并提高生活质量。文章将通过临床试验的方法,选取患者,运用滋水清肝饮,随症加减,根据个体情况和整体观念,联合西药降压干预高血压病合并抑郁患者,将采集的结果与单纯应用降压药进行对比分析,体现滋水清肝饮组对高血压病合并抑郁患者的治疗优势,从而得出结论,以期加强其在临床中的运用与推广。With the accelerating process of population aging in China,the number of elderly patients with hypertension and depres⁃sion is gradually increasing.Such people are unstable in mood,pay excessive attention to blood pressure,and have depression.The fluctuation of mood will further affect blood pressure,cause blood pressure instability,thus forming a vicious circle,and seriously af⁃fect the lives of patients and their families.Today’s clinical treatment,for such patients,the combination of blood pressure lowering and antidepressant drugs can reduce the blood pressure of patients and temporarily alleviate mood swings,but the quality of life and their own feelings of patients are not considered.The author has been engaged in clinical work at the grass-roots level for more than ten years.Based on the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and the overall concept,he tends to treat hypertension with depression through the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine method,with a view to controlling blood pressure,re⁃lieving depression and improving the quality of life by regulating the whole body of patients.Therefore,this paper selected patients through clinical experiments,used Zishui Qinggan drink,increased or decreased according to the symptoms,combine with Western medicine antihypertensive drugs to intervene in the treatment of patients with hypertension and depression according to the individual situation and overall concept,and compared the collected results with the group of simple Western medicine antihypertensive drugs,reflected the superior effect of Zishui Qinggan drink on the treatment of patients with hypertension and depression,so as to reach a conclusion,with a view to strengthening the application and promotion in clinical practice.
