化瘀消异汤加减联合醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗子宫内膜异位症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察化瘀消异汤加减联合醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法:120例分为对照组及观察组各60例。两组均注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球。观察组加用化瘀消异汤加减。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05)。治疗后两组证候积分均较治疗前改善,且观察组比对照组改善更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后激素水平指标观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后疾病复发率观察组低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.216,P<0.05)。妊娠率观察组高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05)。不良反应发生率对照组高于观察组(χ^(2)=4.183,P<0.05)。结论:化瘀消异汤加减联合醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗子宫内膜异位症效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of modified Huayu Xiaoyi Decoction combined with leuprorelin acetate microspheres in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:A total of 120 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were injected with leuprorelin acetate microspheres and the observation group were treated with modified Huayu Xiaoyi Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hormone level index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.216,P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(χ^(2)=4.183,P<0.05).Conclusion:Huayu Xiaoyi Decoction combined with leuprorelin acetate microspheres is effective in the treatment of endometriosis.
