五子衍宗汤联合桃红四物汤辅治2型糖尿病肾病肝肾阴虚兼血瘀证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察五子衍宗汤联合桃红四物汤辅治2型糖尿病肾病肝肾阴虚兼血瘀证的疗效。方法:64例随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。两组均予以西医基础治疗,观察组加用五子衍宗汤联合桃红四物汤。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医症状积分、尿液指标、肾功能指标、肾动脉血流动力学指标及TNF-α、Fetuin-A、MCP-1指标均改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:五子衍宗汤联合桃红四物汤辅治T2DN肝肾阴虚兼血瘀证可提高临床疗效,且安全。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Wuzi Yanzong Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy with liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basic western medicine,and the observation group were treated with Wuzi Yanzong Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,urine indexes,renal function indexes,renal artery hemodynamics indexes and TNF-α,Fetuin-A and MCP-1 indexes were improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wuzi Yanzong Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of T2DN with liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome could improve the clinical efficacy,with safety.
