名中医殷克敬用经络别通治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎临床经验

摘　　要：狭窄性腱鞘炎较为常见,属于中医学中“筋痹”范畴,其病机主要在于正气不足,风寒湿邪侵袭客于关节所致。名中医殷克敬秉承着阴阳平衡的理念,在临床中以经络诊察辨别患病之经络,根据《黄帝内经》中“开”“阖”“枢”的理论,推衍出经络别通阴阳相配的选穴方法,并使用白虎摇头的针刺手法引邪外出,接通经络之气;殷老师又秉承天人合一的整体理念,通过节气受天气调控的自然现象,并根据肺气通于天,肺主治节的理论,以象取类,调肺经之气以通利关节,在临床中选取肺经的郄穴孔最穴治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎,取金之气攻伐木所受邪气,又可生水坚骨,并配合恢刺法,每每施于寥寥数针,起效迅速,为狭窄性腱鞘炎的治疗方案提供新的思路与方法。Stenosing tenosynovitis is more common,which belongs to the category of“tendon arthralgia”in traditional Chinese medicine.Its pathogenesis is mainly caused by the deficiency of vital qi and the invasion of wind,cold and dampness into the joints.Yin Kejing adheres to the concept of balance between yin and yang.In clinical practice,he uses meridian diagnosis to identify the meridians of the disease.According to the theory of“open”“close”and“pivot”in the“Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic”,he deduces the acupoint selection method of dredging yin and yang of meridians and collaterals,and uses the acupuncture technique of white tiger shaking head to guide the evil to go out and connect the qi of meridians and collaterals.Professor Yin also adheres to the overall concept of harmony between man and nature,through the natural phenomenon that solar terms are regulated by weather,and according to the theory that lung qi passes to heaven and the lung governs solar terms,taking classes according to images,regulating the qi of the lung meridian to unblock joints.In clinical practice,the most acupoints of the lung meridian are selected to treat stenosing tenosynovitis.The qi of gold is used to attack the evil qi suffered by logging,and it can also produce water and bones,and cooperate with the Hui needling method.Each time a few needles are applied,the effect is rapid,and new ideas and methods are provided for the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis.
