名中医沈伟生基于“治未病”理念防治恶性肿瘤经验

摘　　要：江苏省名中医沈伟生从事中西医结合肿瘤防治领域,秉持中医“治未病”思想,提出应将中医药融入恶性肿瘤全程管理的治疗理念,并将这一理念运用于临床实践及科学研究中,形成了其在肿瘤防治领域的“治未病”学术思想。癌前阶段,未癌先防:用中西医协同的治疗方法,阻断幽门螺杆菌、乙肝病毒等致癌因素,预防肿瘤的形成,协同增效;肿瘤治疗阶段,既癌防变:将中药尽早参与至化疗、放疗、手术等现代医学治疗手段中,预防肿瘤治疗相关不良反应的发生,减毒增效;肿瘤康复阶段,瘥后防复:在治疗结束后的肿瘤康复阶段,运用中药预防肿瘤复发转移及肿瘤并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量,延长生存期。Shen Weisheng has been engaged in the field of tumor prevention and treatment with integrated Chinese and western medicine.Adhering to the idea of TCM“Preventive treatment of disease”,he proposed the treatment concept that TCM should be integrated into tumor whole-process management,and applied this concept in clinical practice and scientific research,forming his academic thought of“Preventive treatment of disease”in the field of tumor prevention and treatment.Pre-cancer stage,prevention before cancer:he uses the synergistic treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine to block the carcinogenic factors such as Helicobacter pylori and hepatitis B virus,so as to prevent the formation of tumors.In the stage of tumor treatment,change prevention:TCM will be involved in modern medical treatment such as chemotherapy,radiotherapy and surgery to prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions related to tumor treatment,reduce toxicity and increase efficiency.Tumor rehabilitation stage,recurrence prevention:in the stage of tumor rehabilitation after treatment,TCM is used to prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis and complications,thereby improving quality of life and prolonging survival of patients.
