临床药师参与一例全耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺炎感染患者抗感染治疗病例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师如何在全耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺炎感染患者中开展个体化药学监护,为临床诊疗方案提供思路。方法临床药师协助医师,对全耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺炎感染患者进行个体化用药监护,全程参与用药方案的制定,为其提供药品选择及调整建议。结果患者体温逐渐恢复正常,相关实验室指标恢复正常,病情好转后转入下级医院进行康复治疗。结论临床药师积极参与患者治疗方案的制定,给出最佳性价比的用药方案建议,有助于医师选择更合理、经济、有效的药品,从而提高临床治疗效果,缩短患者住院时间,减轻住院费用。Objective Exploring how clinical pharmacists can carry out personalized pharmaceutical monitoring in patients infected with pan drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii,providing ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment plans.Methods Clinical pharmacists assist physicians in individualized medication monitoring of patients infected with pan drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii,and participate in the formulation of medication plans throughout the entire process,providing recommendations for drug selection and adjustment.Results The patient's body temperature gradually returned to normal,and the relevant laboratory indicators returned to normal.After the condition improved,they were transferred to a lower level hospital for rehabilitation treatment.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists actively participate in the formulation of patient treatment plans and provide recommendations for the best cost-effective medication plan,which helps physicians choose more reasonable,economical,and effective drugs,thereby improving clinical treatment effectiveness,shortening patient hospitalization time,and reducing hospitalization costs.
