摘　　要：作为在加勒比海和欧洲之间穿梭的世界公民,琼·里斯在其小说《茫茫藻海》中呈现了她深邃的世界主义思想。通过书写来自不同种族、性别和宗教的人共同展现的礼遇等全人类共同价值,她揭示了这些共同价值有助于人类超越不同文明、种族、性别和宗教之间的界限,从而展开富有成效的交往互鉴。同时,里斯通过文学叙事,不仅强调女性、儿童等边缘人群给予他者无条件礼遇的不负责任,而且强调有条件礼遇的必要性。在她看来,对于来自第三世界的边缘人群来说,只有在坚守民族—国家认同的前提下,世界认同才能具有一定的价值和意义。Jean Rhys is a global citizen who travels between the Caribbean and Europe.In her novel Wide Sargasso Sea,she expresses her profound cosmopolitanism.By writing about the common values such as hospitality exhibited by people of differ-ent races,genders and religions,she reveals how the common values contribute to transcending the boundaries among civiliza-tions,races,genders and religions to foster productive cross-cultural interactions.At the same time,through literary narra-tion,Rhys not only emphasizes the irresponsibility for the marginalized groups such as women and children who give the other unconditional hospitality,but also emphasizes the necessity of conditional hospitality.In her opinion,for marginalized people from the third world,only on the premise of adhering to the nation-state identity can the world identity have certain value and significance.
