摘　　要：中华民族现代文明是中华文明的现代形态与现代文明的中国形态相统一的社会主义性质的人类文明新形态,是在实现“两个结合”中奠定文明之本、在中国式现代化进程中夯实文明之基、在世界文明交流中建构文明之所、在人类文明发展大势中把牢文明之向的过程中生成的,具有文明形态的统一性与连续性、文明体系的系统性与创新性、文明价值的人民性与实践性、文明格局的包容性与和平性、文明发展的独立性与开放性等主要特征。未来在发展过程中应当处理好坚持党的领导与坚持人民主体地位、物质文明与精神文明、传统文化与现代文明、中华文明与其他文明的关系,从而赓续中华文脉,建设现代化文明。The modern civilization of the Chinese nation is a new form of human civilization of socialist nature,which unifies the modern form of Chinese civilization and the Chinese form of modern civilization.It is generated in the process of laying the foundation of civilization in realizing the"two combinations",consolidating the foundation of civilization in the process of Chinese-style modernization,constructing the ground of civilization in the exchange of civilizations in the world,and keeping the direction of civilization in the general trend of human civilization development.It has the main characteristics of unity and continuity of civilization form,systematism and innovation of civilization system,people's character and practicality of civilization value,inclusiveness and peace of civilization pattern,independence and openness of civilization development,etc.In the future development process,it is important to handle properly the relationship between upholding the leadership of the Party and sticking to the principal position of the people,material civilization and spiritual civilization,traditional culture and modern civilization,and Chinese civilization and other civilizations,so as to continue the Chinese cultural context and build modern civilization.
