新时代推进西部大开发与铸牢中华民族共同体意识的互构逻辑

摘　　要：新时代推进西部大开发与铸牢中华民族共同体意识是建设中华民族现代文明、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的关键举措,前者着重于客观行动实践,后者则关注主观心理认同与情感价值归属。尽管二者具有各自的功能特性和应用范围,但二者历史根基同源、价值理念同质、文化使命同担、战略目标同向,呈现出从互相构建迈向深度互嵌的关系。一方面,新时代推进西部大开发强化了中华民族经济共同体理念,巩固了中华民族文化共同体根基,构筑了中华民族命运共同体格局,成为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重大战略举措;另一方面,铸牢中华民族共同体意识为新时代推进西部大开发奠定思想基础、注入精神动力、提供价值规范,成为新时代推进西部大开发的强大精神力量。由此可见,新时代推进西部大开发与铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有密切的逻辑关联,二者互促互构、同向谐生,共同服务于中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命。Promoting the development of the western region in the new era and consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation are key initiatives for building a modern civilization for the Chinese nation and comprehensively advancing its great rejuvenation.The former emphasizes objective actions,while the latter focuses on subjective psychological identity and emotional belonging.Despite their distinct functional characteristics and application scopes,both initiatives share common historical roots,values,cultural missions,and strategic goals,illustrating a relationship that evolves from mutual construction to deep embedding.On one hand,the promotion of western development in the new era has strengthened the concept of an economic community for the Chinese nation,solidified the foundation of its cultural community,and established a framework for a community of shared destiny,thus becoming a significant strategic initiative for consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.On the other hand,consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation provides an ideological foundation,injects spiritual motivation,and offers value norms for the development of the western region,serving as a powerful spiritual force for this initiative. Therefore, it is crucial to explore the logical connection between promotingthe development of the western region in the new era and consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinesenation, revealing their mutual foundations and intrinsic links.
