摘 要:传统最大供电能力计算需要全网负荷通过N-1校验,对于广泛存在辐射状支路的配电网不完全适用。同时,其计算方法假设各节点负荷为连续变量而最大化全网总负荷,未考虑现状电网已有负荷情况及其自然增长规律,所求得的最大供电能力可能与实际情况脱节。为此,提出一种针对存量配电网的最大供电能力评估方法,将全网负荷100%满足N-1的硬约束松弛为N-1满足率约束,即在通过N-1校验负荷占总负荷的比例大于设定值的条件下求解配电网最大供电能力,同时考虑已有负荷及其增长。该模型最终建立为一混合整数线性规划模型,可被现有求解器有效求解。基于54节点系统的算例表明,所述方法可精确得到各N-1满足率要求下的配电网最大供电能力,并可给出各场景下的设备负载率以进行供电能力提升限制因素分析。The traditional calculation of total supply capability(TSC)requires the entire network load to pass the N-1 verification,which is not fully applicable to the distribution network with extensive radial branches.Besides,the calculation methods of TSC assume that the load of each node is a continuous variable to maximize the total load of the entire networ,without considering the existing loads and its natural growth,so the maximum supply capacity obtained may be not accord with the reality.Therefore,an evaluation method for the power supply capability of the current distribution network is proposed,which relaxes the hard N-1 constraints to the N-1 satisfaction rate constraints.That is,the maximum power supply capacity of distribution network is solved under the condition that the proportion of N-1 verified load to the total load is greater than the set value,taking the existing load and its growth into account.Finally,the model is established as a mixed integer linear programming model,which can be effectively solved by existing solvers.Case studies based on 54 node system show that the proposed method can accurately obtain the maximum power supply capability under each N-1 satisfaction rate requirements,and the load ratio of the equipment under each scenario can be given to analyze the limiting factors of total supply capacity improvement.
