摘 要:在汽车整车生产制造过程中,电驱作为电动汽车的核心部件是标准化程度最高的装配部件,如何快速准确地完成电驱装配是整车装配质量重要的工艺环节。为进一步提升螺栓的拧紧效率及容错性能,本研究分析电驱盖板拧紧方案,并对拧紧顺序进行优化,设计基于PLC的机器人视觉协同工作的双工位加工模式,给出盖板拧紧系统软硬件设计方案并进行了现场测试。该系统自动化程度高、人机界面友好,相对于常规系统进一步提高了电驱装配质量,提升了生产效率。In the production and manufacturing process of whole vehicles,the electric motor,as the core component of electric vehicles,is the most standardized assembly component.How to quickly and accurately assemble the electric motor is an important process link for the quality of whole vehicle assembly.Tightening scheme of the motor cover plate was analyzed and the tightening sequence was optimized to improve the tightening efficiency and fault tolerance performance.A dual workstation machining mode based on PLC with robot vision collaborative work was designed.And software and hardware design scheme of the cover plate tightening system was provided and on-site testing was conducted.The system has a high degree of automation and a user-friendly human-machine interface,which further improves the quality of motor assembly and production efficiency compared to conventional systems.
