邓小平政党责任观的生成逻辑、主要内容及当代启示

摘　　要：作为中国社会主义改革开放和现代化建设的总设计师,邓小平围绕中国共产党“对谁负责”“负什么责”以及“如何负责”等问题进行了系统阐释,形成了内涵丰富、结构多维、逻辑严谨的政党责任观。邓小平政党责任观植根于马克思主义经典作家的无产阶级政党责任思想,继承于中国共产党高度重视自身责任的优良传统,立足于党和国家事业发展的现实需要,是理论、历史与现实共同作用的结果。邓小平政党责任观主要包括“为民族、为人民谋利益”的历史责任观、“推动马克思主义前进”的时代责任观、“发展社会生产力”的重要责任观、“对人类做更多的贡献”的世界责任观、“党要管党”的政治责任观等内容。在纪念邓小平同志诞辰120周年之际,系统梳理邓小平政党责任观的主要内容,对于新时代中国共产党人深刻理解和准确把握自身所肩负的时代责任与历史使命,以强烈的政治责任感与历史使命感推进强国建设和民族复兴的伟大事业,具有重要启示意义。Xiaoping madeAs themanychiefargumentsdesigner ofaroundChina’saspectssocialistsuchreformas“to&whom”,“foropening upwhat”,and modernizationand“how”theconstruction,CommunistDeng ty of China should be responsible,and a view of party responsibility with a rich connotation,a multidimensionalPar-structure,and a rigorous logic was thus formed.Deng Xiaoping’s view of party responsibility,rooted in the clas-sic Marxist thought of proletarian party responsibility,inheriting the CPC’s fine tradition of taking its own re-sponsibility seriously,and based on the actual needs of the development of the cause of the Party and China,isthe result of the joint action of theory,history,and reality.The contents of Deng Xiaoping’s view of party respon-sibility mainly include the idea of historical responsibility on“seeking the interests of the nation and the peo-ple”,the idea of contemporary responsibility on“pushing Marxism forward”,the idea of important responsibili-ty on“the Communist Party being to develop the social productive forces”,the idea of world responsibility on“making more contributions to mankind”,and the idea of political responsibility that“the Party supervising itsown conduct”.On the occasion of commemorating the 120th anniversary of Deng Xiaoping’s birth,a systematicreview of his view of party responsibility is of great enlightening significance for the Chinese communists in theNew Era to deeply understand and accurately grasp their own contemporary responsibility and historical mis-sion,and to promote the great cause of building a strong country and national rejuvenation with a strong sense ofpolitical responsibility and historical mission.
