摘　　要：中国共产党的领导是实现社会治理现代化的最坚实制度保障。中国共产党在国家社会关系中的独特地位,决定了其具有领导与执政的双重属性。中国共产党领导社会治理,探索形成了以政治领导明确社会治理方向与原则,以思想领导凝聚社会治理目标与行动共识,以组织领导助推社会嵌入与整合,以示范领导培育和推广社会治理品牌,以平台领导搭建社会治理与服务纽带的具体实践机制。中国共产党通过锻造使命型政党跳出“历史周期率”怪圈,以嵌入式领导打破“悬浮型政党”阻隔,采取稳健式变革破解“寡头统治铁律”预言,依托整合型治理拆穿“精英民主”迷思,为世界贡献了政党领导社会治理的中国智慧与独特价值。The leadership of the Communist Party of China is the most solid institutional guarantee for realizing the modernization of social governance.The unique position of the CPC in the relation between nation and soci-ety determines its dual attributes of leading and ruling.In leading social governance,the CPC has explored and formed specific practical mechanisms that clarifies the direction and principles of social governance through po-litical leadership,gathers consensus on objectives and actions of social governance through ideological leader-ship,boosts social embeddedness and integration through organizational leadership,cultivates and promotes so-cial governance brands through exemplary leadership,and bridges the link between social governance and ser-vice through platform leadership.The CPC has jumped out of the“historical cycle”by forging a mission-orient-ed political party,broken the barrier of a“hung political party”through embedded leadership,cracked the pre-diction of the“iron law of oligarchy”by adopting steady reforms,debunked the myth of“elite democracy”by re-lying on integrated governance,which contributes the Chinese wisdom and unique value of social governance under the leadership of a political party to the world.
