摘　　要：目的探讨儿童急性盲肠憩室炎的超声图像特征,以提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析6例经超声检查并经手术病理、结肠镜及临床诊断为急性盲肠憩室炎患儿的超声图像资料,总结其声像图特征及临床特点。结果超声表现:6例均出现右下腹回盲部肠壁节段性增厚;回盲瓣附近盲肠壁外突形成憩室,4例位于盲肠前壁,2例位于盲肠后壁;5例憩室与盲肠黏膜相延续,1例憩室与盲肠黏膜关系显示不清;5例憩室内含有强回声粪石,1例憩室内含有斑点状强回声气体;6例憩室周围脂肪组织均显示增厚回声增强。结论儿童急性盲肠憩室炎声像图典型,超声能为临床提供准确影像学依据,更好地辅助临床选择精准治疗方案,避免不必要的手术切除。Objective To explore the ultrasound imaging features of acute cecal diverticulitis in children to en-hance understanding of this disease.Methods Retrospective analysis of ultrasound image data of 6 children diagnosed with acute cecal diverticulitis through ultrasound examination,surgical pathology,colonoscopy,and clinical diagnosis,summarizing their ultrasound image characteristics and clinical features.Results Ultrasound findings:All 6 cases showed segmental thickening of the intestinal wall in the right lower abdominal ileocecal region;A diverticulum was formed by the protrusion of the cecal wall near the ileocecal valve,with 4 cases located on the anterior wall of the ce-cum and 2 cases located on the posterior wall of the cecum;Five cases of diverticulum and cecal mucosa continued,while one case showed unclear relationship between diverticulum and cecal mucosa;Five cases of diverticulum con-tained strong echogenic fecal stones,and one case of diverticulum contained speckled strong echogenic gas;Six cases of adipose tissue around diverticula showed thickening and enhanced echogenicity.Conclusions The typical ultrasound image of acute cecal diverticulitis in children can provide accurate imaging basis for clinical practice,better assist in se-lecting precise treatment plans,and avoid unnecessary surgical resection.
