摘　　要：总结历史经验,在诠释传统举国体制到新型举国体制转型要义的基础上,论述综合集成大成智慧是实现中华民族伟大复兴的有效途径。钱学森综合集成大成智慧思想是系统科学发展的新阶段,运用该思想揭示出新型举国体制的运行机理,即:自上而下的协调控制与自下而上的智慧涌现双向互动,政府有形之手与市场无形之手双手并用。建设社会主义现代化强国关键在于党的领导和群众路线两头发力,由此提供了一条中华民族伟大复兴的实现途径——综合集成大成智慧。Aiming to summarize the historical experiences,this paper stays focused on the analysis for the national system,and demonstrates the significance of the development from the traditional national system to the new national system,which in turn discusses that an effective implementation way to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the meta-synthesis approach and meta-synthesis of wisdom.The concept regarding meta-synthesis approach,meta-synthesis of wisdom proposed by Qian Xuesen is a new stage of the development of system science,which was applied to reveal the operation mechanism of the new national system in this study.That is,its specific mechanism can be concluded to the two-way interaction between top-down coordinated control and bottom-up wisdom emerge,and the effective combination between the visible hand of the government and the invisible hand of the market.The two crucial forces to build a great modern socialist country are the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the mass line,which proves that meta-synthesis approach/meta-synthesis of wisdom is the way to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
