2017-2023年无锡市锡山区托幼机构工作人员手卫生状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解无锡市锡山区托幼机构手卫生消毒质量现状以及存在的问题,为托幼机构手卫生的消毒处理和管理措施的制订提供参考依据。方法2017-2023年通过现场随机采样对无锡市锡山区35所托幼机构的工作人员手卫生消毒状况开展监测,对结果进行统计和分析。结果7年来,共采集托幼机构工作人员手卫生样本220份,总合格率为51.82%。各年度的托幼机构工作人员手卫生合格率分别为62.86%、62.96%、65.00%、32.00%、40.00%、58.82%、29.17%,呈逐年下降趋势,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.327,P<0.05)。保育员手卫生监测的合格率为48.72%,幼儿教师的合格率为56.88%,厨师的合格率为42.42%,都处于较低水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。大、中、小型规模托幼机构工作人员手卫生样品的合格率分别为44.24%、75.00%、73.91%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.178,P<0.05)。省优质、市优质、合格准办园托幼机构工作人员手卫生样品的合格率分别为52.44%、59.10%、16.67%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.896,P<0.05)。公立、私立托幼机构工作人员手卫生样品的合格率分别为54.75%、39.02%,都处于较低水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无锡市锡山区托幼机构工作人员手卫生消毒状况合格率较低,应加大对托幼机构手卫生的监管力度。Objective The present status and existing problems in staff hand hygiene disinfection quality in kindergartens in Xishan District,Wuxi City,were analyzed to potentially decrease epidemic infectious diseases,and provide a reference for hand hygiene disinfection and management efforts in kindergartens.Methods From 2017 to 2023,the staff hand hygiene disinfection status at 35 kindergartens in Xishan District,Wuxi City was monitored through on-site random sampling and laboratory testing methods,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 220 hand hygiene samples were collected over 7 years,and the total qualified rate was 51.82%.The qualified rate was 62.86%,62.96%,65.00%,32.00%,40.00%,58.82%,and 29.17%in each successive year,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=17.327,P<0.05).The qualified rate among nurses,teachers,and cooks was 48.72%,56.88%,and 42.42%,respectively,and did not significantly differ(P>0.05).The qualified rates of hand hygiene samples from staff in large,medium,and small scale kindergartens were 44.24%,75.00%,and 73.91%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.178,P<0.05).The qualified rates of staff hand hygiene samples in the province’s high-quality,city high-quality and qualified kindergartens were 52.44%,59.10%,and 16.67%,respectively,and the differences were which was not significant in statistics(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of hand hygiene of staff in kindergartens in Xishan District of Wuxi City is generally poor,and there is a hidden danger of causing an outbreak of infectious diseases,we should improve the staff’s awareness of personal hygiene and disinfection,and strengthen the supervision of kindergartens.
