大学生体质健康状况与CRP和IL-6水平的关联研究

摘　　要：目的分析大学生体质健康状况与C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的关系。方法采用立意抽样在安徽省某大学选取大学一年级学生753名,采用问卷调查一般人口学特征,并进行体质健康测试,同时收集血液标本检测CRP和IL-6,观察体质与CRP和IL-6之间的关系。结果女生的体质健康状况总体好于男生,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.196,P<0.01)。大学生体质健康状况与CRP水平均呈负相关(β=-0.060,95%CI:-0.090~-0.031),性别分层后,仅有女生体质健康状况与CRP水平呈负相关(β=-0.109,95%CI:-0.157~-0.062)。结论大学生体质健康水平与CRP负相关,且仅在女生中存在这种关联。Objective This study explored the associations between physical fitness and levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)among first-year university students.Methods Through intentional sampling,753 first-year students at a university in Anhui Province were investigated with questionnaires,and their physical health test results were obtained.Blood samples were additionally collected to detect the levels of CRP and IL-6,and the relationship between physical fitness and low-grade inflammation was analyzed.Results The total physical fitness was significantly higher among females than males(Z=-3.196,P<0.01).A significant negative association was observed between physical fitness and CRP(β=-0.060,95%CI:-0.090~-0.031).The results did not change in female subgroup,even after stratification by sex(β=-0.109,95%CI:-0.157~-0.062).Conclusions The level of physical fitness among first-year students was negatively correlated with CRP.A significant negative association was observed between physical fitness and CRP in the female subgroup.
